Flared leg pants in cerulean blue cotton velvet with a single button waistband on the fly front fastened with silver metal fly five pocket construction with curved hip pockets, ticket pocket and back patch pockets. Worn with a textured stretch belt and a brass HIGH disk buckle. Fronts have and inserts V-shape panel running from thigh to knee and another inverted V-shape insert In cupro at hem creating a flared leg.
