Fit and flare dress in navy viscose twill with a low stand collar on a button-thru placket finishing at the waist. Collar has applied macramé lace and front has triple rows of gathered ruffles either side of the placket. Insets of semi-sheer crochet lace at the shoulders. Texture in front is created by gathering down the side seams. Volume through the dress is created by pleats opening at the centre front and curved seams with gathering wrapping around the skirt. Inset sleeves are gathered into button cuffs.
