Shirt waist dress in mud-green, ivory, beige and lime green striped tech twill. Low stand collar on a button-thru front fastened with grey mother-of-pearl buttons. Front has welt breast pockets with a buttoned flap over military style pleats which create a channel at the waist for a soft tie-belt in ribbon tape. Shoulder yoke over long inset sleeves which are gathered into two button cuffs. Pleats from the waist open into a long A-line skirt. Reverse has a yoke over a panel with inverted pleats opening into the skirt below the waist.
