Bodice has multiple fit seams and short cap sleeves bound in self-fabric and finished in ribbon tape. High waistline over a gathered on full skirt is myst with a raw cut ruffle edge. Full skirt has inseam side pockets and hand airbrushed floral pattern. Reverse has fit seams to the waist with gathering creating volume through the hem is faced in grosgrain ribbon.
