Front bodice has a curved band of gathered and ruched vertical pleats opening into a fluted ruffle above the waist. Ribbon lace around a high waist over a full flaring skirt which is cut to the drape slightly longer at the sides. Plain reverse with horizontal ribbon lace inset.
