Cap sleeve top in semi-sheer silk chiffon with fine self-stripe. Low stand collar on a high round neckline which fastens at the back neck with key hole opening and loop. Front has rows of vertical pin tucks from the neckline and multiple self-fabric florets around the front neck. Cap sleeves are in over stitched bands of self fabric.
