Double layered front in stripe over plain voile with inset bands of ribbon lace armholes have a pleated-on circular frill in voile creating a ruffle cap sleeve. Reverse has horizontal panels of self stripe with insect bands of ribbon lace and gathering across the back waste creating a soft peplum.
