SCRUNCH UP

Black tech crêpe jersey skirt with a stretch elastic waistband a curve panel to one side which is cut to create extra drape which falls longer to one side of the hem. An inset drawstring set through a tape channel running the full length of the skirt at side font and back with gathering on either side of the channels. The drawstring further ruches-up the seams to create extra drape on both sides of the of the side seam which is also gathered.
