Shirt waist dress in semi-sheer black and ivory pin dot silk crepon with a soft turndown collar on a button-thru front fastened with multiple small black buttons. Fastened at the front neck with a soft black fabric ribbon tie. Front placket has a decorative bands of black georgette with scalloped edge on either side. Gathering across front and back shoulder yokes creates volume through the body which is pulled in with a soft self fabric tie-belt. Full inset sleeves are gathered into button cuffs. Inseam side pockets.
