Fit and flare topcoat in compact wool mix jersey. Wide notched collar and revere on a double breasted front fastened with horn buttons. Fit seams from shoulder to waist with slanting welt hip pockets and stitched flaps. Long inset sleeves are finished with stitched-thru bands of satin around the cuff. Skirt flares out with bands of stitched-thru satin above the full hem which is cut to drape longer at one side.
