V-neckline bound in self-fabric dress has a high curving waistline which is pulled in with a wool herringbone tape through belt loops at the side over a curving double peplum at the waist that drapes into pleats at one side creating volume and drape through the full skirt. Full inset sleeves are pleated into button cuffs. Reverse mirrors the front. Full fluted hem.
