Wide cut body with high waistline over a gathered on peplum. 3/4 sleeves have ribbon lace inserts on the outside arm and are gathered into narrow cuff with button and loop. Reverse has vertical pin-tucks from the neck to back waist over gathered on peplum. HIGH floral embroidered patch.
