Crew neck sweater in navy virgin wool mix knit. Round neckline edged in fine rib. Long, slim fully fashioned sleeves have rib knit cuffs. Rib "waistband" is split at sides over a full flare-out taffeta "skirts" which extends from the bottom of the rib and out at sides.
