Shirtwaist dress in navy, black and ivory print semi-sheer technical georgette. Low stand collar on a button-thru front fastened from neck to hem with mother-of-pearl buttons on a satin placket. Pin-tucked fichu-style frill in self-fabric is applied in a V-shape at back neck, over the shoulders, around the front neck and on either side front placket. Long full sleeves are gathered into satin cuffs. Body is pulled in with a soft tie belt through belt loops at the side.
