Full cut blouse in semi-sheer black tech georgette. Deep V-neckline with decorative mini domed buttons and loops at front. Tie collar that is attached across the back neck to drape or tie in front. Inset full leg of mutton sleeves are gathered onto three button cuffs. Reverse has straight yoke in double layer georgette over a pleat at the back creating volume. Full hem has side vents and curves much longer at the back.
